Turn harvests into clothing

  1. Harvest the textile source and haul the raw material to usable storage.
  2. At a hand or electric spinning loom, add Make any cloth or a named weave bill.
  3. Allow the intended raw inputs. A matching source produces its own cloth type.
  4. Use finished cloth at the tailoring bench for garments. Raw GMO fibre is not ready-to-tailor cloth.
  5. Check the clothing policy so pawns are permitted to wear the finished items.

Wash tainted gear

Select a pawn and right-click an eligible loose garment for Wash tainted item. For a batch, right-click reachable natural water or a supported Dubs fixture and choose Wash Tainted Items Here.

Prepare storage accepting the relevant clean and tainted clothing. Each completed wash has one chance to remove taint; failure is permanent for that garment. Washing does not repair damage or improve quality. Loaded toolbelts are excluded to protect their contents.

Help a stressed colonist

A supported mental state can offer Choose calming pawn. Select a reachable helper able to talk and use Social. A second attempt must be deliberately ordered with a different helper and can have serious consequences if it fails. Attend to food, rest, safety and recovery space as well as the conversation.

Keep food and work accessible

Production depends on active bills, suitable ingredient filters, worker priorities and accepting storage. Reserve rare harvests for specific recipes when needed. A full shelf or forbidden route can look like a production failure.
