Give the team the exact revision, repeatable steps and relevant evidence so the problem can be tested.

Record the environment
- RimWorld version and Tool Progression archive name, including its FIXED revision.
- Relevant DLC, other mods and load order.
- Enabled optional systems and non-default settings, such as hunger, roofing or smelting.
- Whether the problem occurs in a new colony, an older save or both.
Describe the smallest reproduction
- Save immediately before the failure when possible, preserving your working colony separately.
- Write the actions that trigger it in order. Include the pawn, item, recipe or work assignment.
- State the expected result and the actual result. For stalled work, include the displayed job and what happens next.
- Report whether the same steps repeat with a smaller supported mod list. Label tests you have not performed.
- Attach the relevant error excerpt and a screenshot or save through an appropriate reporting route.
Use the local report tools
The mod can save a local text report and an optional screenshot. Screenshot capture defaults OFF. Saving these files does not send them, and opening the website support page is not a submission.
Review the files, then choose what to submit. For an R4 rot issue, include Hauling activation, allowed areas, bin contents/capacity, reservations, stockpile filters and the pawn’s current job.
Choose a reporting route
Use the private player-report form for material intended for site administrators. The Bug Reports & Testing board is public and useful for comparing experiences. Check the form’s current upload controls and limits.
Remove passwords, tokens, private messages and identifying local paths from public logs and screenshots. State whether your evidence is a live observation, a source inspection or an automated test so the result is not overstated.
